(New York, NY) -- Number-18 Illinois will try to knock off a top-ten team when they play number-nine Florida Atlantic in the Jimmy V Classic at Madison Square Garden tonight.
The Illini moved up six spots in the latest coaches poll after beating Rutgers 76-58 on Saturday. Illinois is 6-and-1 overall and 1-and-0 in Big Ten play this season.
