Clint Capela added a 15-point, 16-rebound double-double for Houston, which had gone 2-and-7 in its last nine before the victory. Bobby Portis paced Chicago with 22 points off the bench. Kris Dunn chipped in with 19 points and eight assists for the Bulls, who have dropped five-of-six.
