Bond remains at $10,000 for a Rochelle man following a burglary which took place at a home earlier this month in the Hub City.
23-year old Xavier Thomas has been charged with the felony offense of unlawful possession of stolen property.
The break-in was reported on October 8th in the 1,000 block of Forest Court in Rochelle. Entry was gained through a window at the home.
Police found a lap top computer along with jewelry in possession of Thomas which were stolen from the residence.
He made his 2nd appearance yesterday before an Ogle County judge. Thomas returns to court on Friday for an arraignment.
He remains in jail in lieu of the $10,000 bond.
