A Rochelle man received a sentence of 4 years in the Department of Corrections Monday after he violated his probation involving a drug case.
36-year old David Streitberger plead guilty in February of 2011 to the felony offense of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine. The incident occurred in April of 2009 in Rochelle.
Streitberger received the 4-year prison sentence after he violated his parole as he tested positive for both cocaine and marijuana in his system. He also failed to report to his probation officer and to his substance abuse program.
Streitberger received his sentence in Ogle County court yesterday.
