According to federal authorities, former Congressman Jesse Jackson, Junior spent campaign money lavishly on personal expenses like, among other numerous things, Bruce Lee memorabilia, a football signed by American Presidents, and many items linked to pop music singers. Jackson has agreed to plead guilty after being charged with misusing the campaign money. His wife, Sandi was also charged with one count of filing false tax returns.
