The Ogle County Sheriffs Office responded to a two vehicle accident in the 4000 block of South Route 251 Friday afternoon. 23 year old Brandon Sgro of Rochelle, was cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident, Defective Brakes, and License not on person. The 16 year old driver and 16 year old passenger of the other vehicle were treated and released at the scene by members of the Rochelle Fire Department.
