A rural Rochelle man returns to Ogle County court today after he was arrested last Thursday for violating his probation in connection with the felony offense of aggravated battery.
Authorities executed a search warrant last Wednesday at the residence of 52-year old Lyndon Farm in the 15,000 block of East Route 64.
Farm was arrested in 2011 for the felony offense of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. He pled guilty last year to aggravated battery involving the incident.
During the search warrant, items were found at the residence which violated the conditions of Farm's probation.
He remains in jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond. Farm appears before a judge in Oregon this afternoon on the new charge.
