Police departments across the country are using more tasers and stun guns. New numbers recently released by the Bureau of Justice Statistics say local police departments using tasers and stun guns have risen from just seven-percent in 2000 to 81-percent in 2013.
The report also says that 62-percent of U.S. police departments are using video cameras in patrol cars, and 32-percent are now using body cameras.
