In area news, Dixon officials continue to investigate a fire this week that killed a 31-year old woman.
Felicia Morris died in the blaze. Authorities say that Morris was physically disabled and lived in a public housing apartment alone.
Police say that a smoke alarm may have been going off for 2 hours before emergency personnel knew about the flames.
Reports indicate that the woman's clothes caught on fire while she was in the kitchen and she was unable to put out the flames by rolling on the floor.
The fire took place in the 800 block of East Graham Street in Dixon. Police say that no foul play is suspected and that it appears to be an accidental incident.
An autopsy on the body was completed yesterday.
