Thousands of people are being warned about a possible data breach involving current and former members of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. Around 215-thousand notices are being sent out in the coming weeks. The data breached was disclosed by Anthem Inc., a large health insurer that manages Blue Cross Blue Shield in a number of states. The company confirmed that a hacker stole the personal information of about 80-million-customers.
