Ogle County Sheriff's Police continue to investigate a bank robbery which took place Saturday morning in Davis Junction.
The hold-up occurred at the Byron Bank off Route 72 as a white male subject handed a teller a note and a weapon was implied.
The individual obtained an undisclosed amount of money from the bank and fled the scene east bound on Route 72 in a small silver vehicle.
No one suffered any injuries in the bank
No arrest has been made at this time. Illinois State Police and the FBI are assisting in the investigation.

This is the 2nd robbery that has taken place this month in Ogle County. A male subject with a handgun held-up the Casey's General Store in Creston on August 17th. Money was taken from the business. No arrest has been made at this time.
