Approving the bid for the Sheriff Administration building along with creating a fund for receipt and disbursement of administrative tow fees tops the agenda this evening for the Ogle County board.
The meeting begins at 5:30 at the courthouse in Oregon.
The cost for the new Sheriff Admninistration building is expected total around 4.1 million dollars. The exact location has not been finailzed.
The facility could be built next to the current administrative building. County officials have also talked about the new building near the Judicial Center in Oregon.
Appoinments to the Planning Commission along with the Zoning Board of Appeals are also expected this evening. County officials will meet in executive session to talk about pending litigation.
This evening's Ogle County board meeting is open to the public.
