Martin Perez gave up four runs in seven innings and improved to 7-and-3. Dayan Viciedo and Gordon Beckham each knocked in two runs for Chicago, which saw a season-high six-game winning streak end. Chris Sale was tagged for eight runs in seven innings as he fell to 9-and-12.
