Five different players scored goals to lead the Blackhawks to a 5-1 rout over the Wild at Xcel Energy Center. Corey Crawford had 29 saves in the win. Sheldon Brookbank, Patrick Kane, Patrick Sharp, Nick Leddy and Brandon Saad all scored for Chicago, which snapped a two-game losing streak. Jason Pominville had the lone goal for the Wild, and Niklas Backstrom allowed all five goals on 28 shots for the Minnesota. The Wild had a three-game winning streak snapped.
The Blackhawks are at home tonight against Ottawa.
