The Orioles used three solo homers and an outstanding outing from Miguel Gonzalez to beat the White Sox 3-1 from Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Brian Roberts, J.J. Hardy and Adam Jones all homered for the Birds. Gonzalez threw seven innings and gave up only one run on four hits and struck six en route to his ninth win. Jim Johnson regained the Major League lead with his 42nd save. Jose Quintana lost his sixth game as he pitched seven strong innings but gave up the three homers. The ChiSox have now lost seven in-a-row.
