Losing streak has reached 5 games for the White Sox

Eduardo Nunez ripped a two-run double in a five-run eighth inning to send the Yankees to a 6-4 win over the White Sox in the Bronx. Alfonso Soriano knocked in two with a single and Curtis Granderson tied it with an RBI single. Boone Logan recorded the win in relief of Hiroki Kuroda, who allowed four runs over six-and-a-third innings. Mariano Rivera notched his 40th save as New York won its fourth in five games. Alejandro De Aza went 3-for-4 with a solo homer while Alexei Ramirez knocked in two with a triple for Chicago. Chris Sale gave up three total runs over seven-and-a-third innings but Nate Jones was charged with the loss. The Sox have lost five in-a-row.

Final game of the series is tonight with the Pre-Game Show at 5:30 on Newstalk 1060.
