Asdrubal Cabrera also homered for Cleveland, which has won the first three games of the four-game series after sweeping a doubleheader on Friday. The Tribe have won nine out of 12 overall. Joe Martinez earned the win in relief while Chris Perez recorded his seventh save of the year and his first since a stint on the disabled list. Dayan Viciedo went 3-for-4 with an RBI for Chicago, which has dropped eight out of 11 overall. Jesse Crain suffered the loss in relief for the Sox.
