Ray Emery made 16 saves to record his first shutout of the season as the Blackhawks defeated the visiting Flames, 2-0. Emery improved to 12-and-0 on the campaign. Nick Leddy and Brent Seabrook provided the scoring while Patrick Kane assisted on each goal. Chicago ended a two-game slide to move to 25-4-and-3. Miikka Kiprusoff turned away 33 shots for Calgary, which has lost four of its last five and is now 12-15-and-4.
