Alfonso Soriano hit a two-run homer as the Cubs clipped the Rangers yesterday at HoHoKam Park, 5-4. Darwin Barney added a solo shot for Chicago, which moved to 12-and-14 this spring. Chris Rusin was tagged for four runs in five innings in the start. The Cubbies enjoy an off day today. Split squads will play the Dodgers and Mariners tomorrow

Adam Dunn was 2-for-3 with a three-run homer and four RBI but the White Sox fell to the Reds yesterday, 10-6. Gordon Beckham added a solo shot for Chicago, which fell to 10-and-9 this spring. John Danks was tagged for all ten runs on 11 hits in just three-and-a-third innings of work. The ChiSox host the D-Backs today in Glendale.
