Blackhawks right wing Marion Hossa will reach a career milestone today when Chicago meets the Red Wings in Detroit. Hossa will play his one-thousandth regular season game as an NHL player today, adding to a resume that includes 426 goals, five All Star games and the 2010 Stanley Cup with Chicago. The 34-year-old Hossa started playing in the NHL in 1997, and is under contract with the Blackhawks through 2021.
