Marian Hossa's goal in overtime gave the Blackhawks a 3-2 win over the Edmonton Oilers. Chicago extended its NHL-record streak of games without a regulation loss to 19 as it improved to 16-0-and-3. The 'Hawks trailed 2-1 after the second period before Viktor Stalberg's third-period equalizer and Hossa's winner. Patrick Kane also scored for Chicago. The Oilers got goals from Jeff Petry and Nail Yakupov. Ray Emery had 17 saves for the Blackhawks and Nikolai Khabibulin came up with 31 stops for Edmonton.
