Luol Deng scored 25 points and added 14 rebounds as Chicago took care of Atlanta 93-76 despite missing three starters. The Bulls also got double-doubles from Taj Gibson and Jimmy Butler. Gibson had 19 points and 19 rebounds while Butler had 16 points and 10 rebounds. Nate Robinson scored 20 points and added eight assists. The Hawks were missing Devin Harris and Zaza Pachulia but led 44-43 at halftime before the Bulls took over in the third quarter. Josh Smith led Atlanta with 19 points and 13 rebounds, and Al Horford added 14 points and 12 boards. The Bulls won their third game the last four outings. The Hawks have lost two-of-three.

Patrick Kane scored the winning goal in the shootout and assisted on the goal that sent the game to overtime as Chicago rallied to beat Calgary 3-2. Ray Emery stopped three penalty shots in the shootout to preserve the win. In a wild third period, Kane gave the Blackhawks a 1-0 lead and the Flames tied it on Dennis Wideman's goal at 13:23. The Flames seemed headed for victory when Jay Bouwmeester scored with 35 seconds left in regulation, but Marian Hossa scored with three seconds left to make it two-all. Chicago snapped a two-game losing streak to go to 7-0-and-2 while Calgary fell to 1-4-and-1.
