Bears lose in Minnesota

Adrian Peterson rushed for 154 yards and a pair of first quarter touchdowns as the Vikings held on to beat the Bears, 21-14. Harrison Smith had a 56-yard interception return for a touchdown for the Vikings, who snapped a two-game skid to keep their playoff hopes alive at 7-and-6. Christian Ponder was 11-of-17 for 91 yards and an interception in the victory. Jay Cutler finished 22-of-44 for 260 yards with a TD and two picks, but left late in the fourth quarter after taking a hit to the head. Brandon Marshall had 10 catches for 160 yards and a TD for Chicago, which has lost four-of-five to slip to 8-and-5.
