White Sox first baseman Paul Konerko underwent successful surgery to remove a loose body from his left wrist yesterday. Konerko will undergo a follow up exam by a team hand and wrist specialist in Glendale, Arizona, once the sutures are removed in the next 7-to-10 days. He is expected to be healthy for spring training. The 36-year-old batted .298 this season with 26 home runs and 75 RBI over 144 games.
