Stricker is attempting to be the 5th golfer to win the same tournament 4 consecutive times. Tiger Wods has done it twice. The list also includes Walter Hagen, Gene Sarazan, and Tom Morris Jr..
This year's field at the John Deere Classic includes Stewart Cink, Former PGA Champion Y.E. Yang, along with Zach Johnson, Nick Watney, and John Daly.
This year's 1st prize check totals $828,000.
