The Cubs scored three runs in the sixth inning to back seven-and-two-third scoreless frames from Travis Wood en route to a 3-0 win over the Astros. Wood fanned four and allowed just three hits to improve to 3-and-3 on the season. Carlos Marmol closed it out to lock up his eighth save for Chicago, which swept the three-game set at Wrigley Field. Anthony Rizzo had an RBI single and Jeff Baker added a two-run double in the decisive inning. The Cubs begin their seven-game road trip tonight against the Braves.
