Rick Porcello improved to 4-and-4, despite struggling through five innings, giving up four runs and nine hits. Alfonso Soriano continued his recent hot streak by going 2-for-4 with a RBI in the loss. Matt Garza gave up five runs, only three of which were earned, across six innings. Chicago had a two-game winning streak snapped.
