The Cubs and Braves were postponed on Sunday. The game will be made up on May 14th at Wrigley Field, the day before the teams begin a three-game series in Atlanta. The Cubs and Braves were both upset that Saturday's game was played in such awful conditions. Chicago scored nine times in the eighth to win, 14-10.
The Cubs continue their homestand tonight as the welcome the Cardinals to Wrigley Field for the start of a three-game series. Tyler Chatwood is slated to start for Chicago and Adam Wainwright for St. Louis. Both are 0-and-2. The Cubs are third in the NL Central at 7-and-7, three-and-a-half games behind the first place Pirates.
