Carlos Quintana and three relievers combined on a three-hit shutout as the Cubs crossed out the Brewers 3-0 in Milwaukee. Quintana struck out six over six innings. Brandon Morrow earned his second save in as many days for the Cubs, who won the series 3-1. Ben Zobrist homered and Albert Almora Junior added an RBI-double.
Chase Anderson fired six frames of two-run ball to take the loss for Milwaukee. Lorenzo Cain had two of the Milwaukee hits. The Brewers have lost four-of-five.
Cubs have their home opener Monday against Pittsburgh at Wrigley Field.
