The Chicago Bears head to the "City of Brotherly Love" today to face the NFL-leading Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field. The Bears fell 27-24 at home to the Lions this past Sunday. Chicago has dropped three in-a-row overall and is last in the NFC North at 3-and-7.
The Bears are 1-and-3 on the road. The Eagles look to continue their domination of the league this season. Philadelphia has won eight straight games and has the best record in the NFL at 9-and-1. The Eagles are a perfect 5-and-0 at home. Their only loss came in Week Two at Kansas City.

The Chicago Bears are mourning the death of a former top draft pick. John Thierry, the 11th overall pick in the 1994 draft, passed away at the age of 46 on Friday due to a heart attack. A defensive end out of Alcorn State, Thierry played the first five of his nine-year career in Chicago. The Bears released a statement on Saturday offering condolences. He also played for the Cleveland, Atlanta, and Green Bay before retiring in 2002. Thierry finished with 33-and-a-half sacks and 159 tackles over 131 career games. He had his best season in 1999 with the Browns, recording seven sacks and 33 tackles.
