The Cubs rallied for three runs in the bottom-of-the-10th inning to walk-off on the Blue Jays 6-5 at Wrigley Field. Kyle Schwarber scored on a wild pitch before Alex Avila ended it with a two-run single. Justin Wilson recorded just one-out in the top-half of the 10th to pick up the win. Albert Almora Junior drove in the other Chicago runs with a three-run double in the third. The Cubs finished off the series-sweep and improved to 66-and-57.
Toronto catcher Miguel Montero homered to tie the game against his former team in the sixth. Roberto Osuna surrendered three runs while recording only one out in the 10th to take the loss.
