White Sox lose in Texas

The Rangers reeled off six runs in both the third and fourth innings as they ran past the White Sox, 17-7, in Globe Life Park.  Rougned Odor homered in both innings, and Mike Napoli added a three-run homer and a two-run double as Texas surged ahead.  Shin-Soo Choo tacked on a three-run shot in the sixth and Martin Perez picked up the win.  The Rangers evened their record to 61-and-61.

Derek Holland was chased in the third inning against his former team and took his 13th loss for the White Sox.  A five-run first inning didn't hold up as Chicago fell to 46-and-74.  Jose Abreu finished 4-for-5 with three runs and a solo homer.

Final game of the series is this afternoon in Texas. The Pre-Game Show begins at 1:30 on Good Time Oldies 1060.
