The Dodgers' special season continued as they rallied for three runs in the bottom of the ninth to beat the White Sox 5-4 at Chavez Ravine. Yasiel Puig's two-run double sent Los Angeles to a two-game sweep and an MLB-best record of 85-and-34. Reliever Ross Stripling got the win. Yu Darvish wasn't apart of the decision, but tossed six innings of three-run ball. He gave up three of the four solo homers hit by Chicago that put the Sox ahead 4-2.
Nicky Delmonico left the yard twice. Jose Abreu and Leury Garcia also had homers in the defeat.
The White Sox will be in Texas tonight to open up a 4-game series. Pre-Game Show begins at 6:30 on Good Time Oldies 1060.
