Enrique Hernandez homered twice as the Dodgers dumped the White Sox 9-1 in a rain-shortened matchup in Chicago. Hernandez hit solo shots in the second and fourth innings for LA, which has won 11 in-a-row. Corey Seager added a two-run shot and Michael Taylor also homered. Kenta Maeda tossed five innings of one-run ball to pick up the win. The game was called in the top of the eighth following a 37-minute delay.
Carlos Rodon took the loss. Melky Cabrera homered in the first for Chicago, which has lost six straight and nine of its last 10. Prospect Yoan Moncada started at second base and went 0-for-2 with a walk.
