The Bulls started their annual circus trip by crushing the Trail Blazers, 113-88, at the Moda Center. Jimmy Butler posted 27 points, 12 rebounds and five assists, while Dwyane Wade added 19 points. Jerian Grant put up 18 points and five steals getting the start for the injured Rajon Rondo. Chicago has won three straight to get to 7-and-4.
Portland struggled shooting just under 36-percent from the field. Damian Lillard had a team-high 19 points for the Blazers, who had won five of their previous six.
The Bulls will be in Utah Thursday night.
