The Los Angeles Dodgers play the Chicago Cubs in Game One of the National League Championship Series Saturday night at Wrigley Field. The Dodgers advanced with a thrilling Game Five win over the Nationals in their NL Division Series on Thursday. Los Angeles won the final two games to win the series 3-2 and reach the NLCS for the first time since 2013. Kenta Maeda will pitch for the Dodgers after ace Clayton Kershaw started Game Four against Washington and also closed out Game Five.
Chicago is rested and ready after beating the Giants in four games in their Division Series. The Cubs are in the NLCS for the second straight year. They were swept by the Mets in four games last season. Jon Lester will toe the rubber for Chicago in Game One. The Cubs won four-of-seven meetings from the Dodgers during the regular season, including three-of-four at home.
