The Chicago Cubs are headed to the National League Championship Series. The Cubs rallied for four runs in the top of the ninth inning to stun the Giants 6-5 in Game Four of their NL Division Series at AT&T Park. Willson Contreras tied the game at five with a two-run, pinch-hit single and Javier Baez [[ BY-ez ]] singled in the go-ahead run for Chicago. Ben Zobrist got the scoring started in the ninth with an RBI double. Hector Rondon got the win and Aroldis Chapman his third save.
Will Smith took the loss. Conor Gillaspie went 4-for-4 with an RBI, and Denard Span and Joe Panik each had two hits and drove in a run for San Francisco. The Cubs won the series three-games-to-one and will play either the Dodgers or Nationals in the NLCS starting Saturday at Wrigley.
