White Sox lose for the second straight night to the Tigers

Miguel Cabrera  collected four hits, including the go-ahead two-run single in the seventh, to help power the Tigers past the White Sox, 7-5, at U.S. Cellular Field. Kyle Ryan pitched a hitless sixth inning to get the win. Francisco Rodriguez locked down the ninth to earn his 27th save of the season.

Chicago's Carson Fulmer blew the save and took the loss, surrendering three walks and three runs in less than an inning. Justin Morneau  homered for the White Sox, who have dropped eight of nine.

Game 3 of the series is this evening with Chris Sale pitching for the White Sox. The Pre-Game Show begins at 5:35 on Newstalk 1060.
