Melky Cabrera had a big day at the plate as the White Sox buried the Twins, 10-4 in Chicago. Cabrera was 4-for-5 with a run and three RBI in the win. Jose Abreu drilled a solo shot while Adam Eaton and Tyler Saladino each plated two runs. Matt Latos needed five innings of work to earn his fifth win for the White Sox, who are 20-and-10.
Ricky Nolasco gave up five earned runs over five frames to take the loss. Oswaldo Arcia had a two-run homer for the Twins, who have lost seven of their past eight.
