Coming off his second career no-hitter, Arrieta allowed three hits and four walks while improving to 5-and-0. Ben Zobrist had two hits and two RBI and David Ross homered for Chicago, which swept the rain-shortened two-game series. The Cubs have won three in a row overall and five of their last six games.

The Cubs open up a 3-game series with Atlanta at Wrigley Field this afternoon.
Manny Machado plated half of Baltimore's runs as the O's drilled the White Sox, 10-2, at Camden Yards. Machado launched a grand slam in the sixth inning and also had an RBI double. Chris Davis added a two-run dinger and Mark Trumbo had a solo shot. Tyler Wilson couldn't make it through the fifth inning, but Mychal Givens got four outs in relief to get the win. The O's are 8-and-1 at home.
John Danks took the loss after giving up six runs in five-plus frames. Todd Frazier belted a two-run homer for the White Sox, whose six-game win streak is over.
Game #2 of the series is tonight with the Pre-Game Show at 5:30 on Newstalk 1060.
