Nolan Arenado had two solo shots to power the Rockies past the Cubs, 2-0, at Wrigley Field. The Rockies held the Cubs to just three hits, led by Tyler Chatwood's seven scoreless innings for the win. Arenado entered the game with four home runs on the season.
Jon Lester had a solid pitching performance for the Cubs, allowing one run and striking out 10 in seven-and-one-third innings. Chicago dropped two of three to Colorado.
The Cubs will be in St. Louis tonight to begin a 3-game series.
