The Redskins picked up their first road win on a late Dustin Hopkins field goal to knock off the Bears, 24-21, at Soldier Field. Kirk Cousins and Alfred Morris ran for early touchdowns to give Washington a 14-0 lead, and Cousins hit Jordan Reed for a TD pass in the third quarter. Hopkins' fourth quarter field goal put the Redskins up for good. Cousins threw for 300 yards for Washington, which leads the NFC East at 6-and-7. The Redskins hold the tiebreaker of the Eagles, who are also 6-and-7.
Jay Cutler threw for 315 yards and two touchdowns as the Bears fell to 5-and-8, and 1-and-6 at home.
The Bears will be at Minnesota next Sunday. Pre-Game Show begins at 11:30 on Newstalk 1060.
