Vladamir Tarasenko scored the winning goal in overtime as the Blues scored four unanswered goals to shock the Blackhawks, 6-5, at the United Center. The Blues trailed 5-2 after the first period, but reeled off four goals including Tarasenko's winner to stun Chicago. Alexander Steen scored twice as the Blues tied the game with three goals in the second. Brian Elliott allowed four goals on 15 shots before being replaced by Jake Allen, who stopped 27 of 28 shots sent his way. Andrew Shaw, Teuvo Teravainen , Brent Seabrook and Patrick Kane each had a goal and assist for the Blackhawks, all in the first period.
The Blackhawks will be in New Jersey on Thursday night.
