The Chicago Bulls pulled away from the Brooklyn Nets in the second half for a 115-100 win at the Barclays Center. Jimmy Butler led the way with 24 points as the Bulls entered the fourth with a 15-point lead. Nikola Mirotic scored 18 points and had nine rebounds while sinking four three-pointers for Chicago, which improved to 2-and-0. Derrick Rose had 15 points in 29 minutes.
Brooklyn finished 0-for-9 from beyond the arc. Brook Lopez was the game's leading scorer with 26 points. Joe Johnson posted 10 points and 10 rebounds for the Nets but shot just 4-of-15 from the field.
The Bulls continue their road trip on Friday at Detroit.
