Kyle Schwarber smacked an RBI single in the first and a two-run homer in the third for Chicago, which will clash with the Cardinals in Game One of the NLDS on Friday. Dexter Fowler added a solo shot in Chicago's first playoff win since 2003. Gerrit Cole allowed all four runs in five innings for the Pirates, who have been shut out in the last two Wild Card games. Benches emptied in the seventh after Arrieta was hit by a pitch.
