Josh Reddick homered, drove in four and scored three times to help Oakland stop a two-game skid. Marcus Semien went deep as part of Oakland's 19-hit attack. Aaron Brooks went six innings for his second win. Melky Cabrera went deep and drove in three for Chicago, which beat Oakland in 14 innings Monday night. Jeff Samardzija allowed a career-worst 10 runs in just three-plus innings to fall to 9-and-13.
