Carlos Rodon tossed six-and-two-thirds scoreless innings as the White Sox edged the Indians 2-1 at Progressive Field. Rodon struck out nine as he improved his record to 4-and-3. David Robertson closed it out for his 21st save. Carlos Sanchez finished 3-for-4 with a solo homer and two runs scored, while Melky Cabrera had two hits and an RBI for Chicago, which swept the four-game series. David Murphy plated the lone run in the ninth inning for the Indians, who are 3-and-6 since the break. Danny Salazar fanned eight, but fell to 8-and-6 after allowing both runs across six-and-two-thirds.
