Gerrit Cole tossed seven innings of two-run, three-hit ball to become the majors' first 11-game winner. Mark Melancon pitched a perfect ninth for his 23rd save. Geovany Soto hit a game-tying solo homer in the seventh, while Melky Cabrera drove in the other run for the Sox, who have dropped seven in-a-row. Jake Petricka suffered the loss.
