Starlin Castro singled in the winning run in the bottom of the 11th inning to lift the Cubs past the Reds 2-1 at Wrigley Field. It was Castro's second walk-off hit in as many games. Dexter Fowler tied the game with a sac-fly RBI in the seventh for the Cubs, who took three of four in the series. Brian Schlitter was credited with his first win. Brandon Phillips plated the lone run in the sixth inning for Cincinnati, which had won four in-a-row before this series. Billy Hamilton had a career-high five steals in defeat. Burke Badenhop suffered the loss.
The Cubs will be at home tonight against Cleveland.
