White Sox come from behind and beat Detroit

Alex Wilson hit Avisail Garcia with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 11th to give the White Sox a 4-3 win over the Tigers at U.S. Cellular Field. Garcia went deep in the seventh and Adam LaRoche added a ninth inning solo shot to send the game to extras. Jake Petricka improved to 1-and-1 out of the 'pen after Jose Quintana fired seven innings of three-run ball for the no-decision. Chicago has alternated wins and losses in its last seven games. Nick Castellanos and Josh Wilson combined to drive in all three runs for Detroit, which dropped its eighth straight. Wilson fell to 1-and-2 with the loss and Joakim Soria blew his second save of the season. Kyle Ryan allowed two runs in seven frames for the no-decision.

Game #2 of the series is this evening. The Pre-Game Show begins at 5:40pm on Newstalk 1060.
